Our history
IMO2007, as its name suggests, was founded in 2007 as a result of the effort, dedication and commitment of Nelson Silva and Sílvia Costa, the company’s two managing partners. They wanted that year to become part of our brand, our name and our identity, considering all the market adversities at that time.
Since then, we have grown in a sustained manner through partnerships with several banking institutions and various real estate investment funds, building a broad client portfolio across different regions of the country.
In addition to property sales in several districts, we are also Credit Intermediaries, with agreements with multiple banking institutions, allowing us to offer a complete service, from property search to deed signing.
Today, we have 18 years of experience in the market, always focused on trust, professionalism and close client relationships.
